The Historic Founders' Row neighborhood district located along N. Bever St. in Wooster, Ohio encompasses all 34 houses north of E. Larwill St. up to E. Bowman St. This section of N. Bever St. was first platted for settlement in 1857 with Jacob B. McKennan's Addition to the Town of Wooster. The Founders Row Association was formed in 2008 by the people living in this neighborhood to promote the historic significance and preservation of the grand old homes standing along this street and became an Ohio Corporation For Non-Profit on March 9, 2011.
