The wood frame house located at 552 N. Bever St was built sometime between 1910 to 1918. This house has been restored to the Arts and Crafts style. The garage was finished in 2006. The interior of the house has natural hardwood floors throughout and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. An enclosed front porch was added to this home.
