- be granted to him authorizing him
- to solemnize marriages within
- the State of Ohio so long as he
- shall continue such regular
- Minister. These are therefore
- to authorize and empower
- you the said Westley C Clark
- to Solemnize Marriages in said
- State agreeably to the Statute in
- such case made and provided
- so long as you shall remain
- such regular Minister in such
- Church

- that George Slusser is a regular ordained
- Minister of the Reformed Church it was then
- and there ordered by the said Court that the
- said George Slusser should receive a
- license authorizing him to solemnize
- marriages within the State of Ohio so long as
- continue such regular Minister which he
- is hereby granted to him accordingly
