This house dates its establishment here to about five years ago, since which time it has had a liberal patronage and is securing a gradually increasing trade. Mr. Pollock keeps a complete line of staple and fancy groceries and provisions, fine teas, roasted and green coffees, in grain and ground, sugars, syrups, pure spices and baking powders, canned and bottled goods, fine cigars, tobaccos, notions etc. He delivers goods to all parts of the city, and guarantees to his patrons good goods, courteous attention, and lowest cash prices.
