Biography
Perry Foltz learned the photography business working for Benjamin F. Battels in Akron, Ohio in 1875. By 1884 he had moved to Wooster, Ohio where he shared a studio over a grocery store with Willis E. Foltz. From about 1897 to at least 1902 Willis E. Foltz was the proprietor of the Eclipse Photo Gallery back in Akron, Ohio. Perry Foltz died in April of 1917.
