Congress Presbyterian Church was located on Lot 92 in Waynesburg (present day Congress. On 3 Jun 1835, NW Section 27 Congress Twp., Lot #92 in Congress (Waynesburg) was deeded to Trustees John Wasson, Thomas McCoy & Thomas McKee from Philip Harshman, Wayne County Land Deeds, Vol. 13, pg. 140.
