Associated with our growing trade centers in its public works as applied to modern improvements and the progressive interests of the country, there is no department of business which is worthy of more prominent recognition. Mr. Tieche established his present business here in 1881, as Tieche & Bro., with their office and works located on E. Liberty St., Wooster, Ohio, where they still remain. Mr. Tieche is a practical plumber and expert worker in brass and copper, and enjoys the amplest facilities for most thorough and efficient workmanship in plumbing steam and gas fitting of every description, in which he guarantees all work. He is also prepared to take contracts for tin or slate roofing, either on public or private buildings, at lowest prices consistent with first-class work. [1]

    • J. C. Tieche - Among the typical representatives of Wooster's successful and enterprising business me, we are called to chronicle the well known house of J. C. Tieche, who for the past ten years has conducted a prosperous business in general Plumbing, Steam and Gas Fitting , and work peculiar to this branch of trade. Mr. Tieche keeps constantly in his employ an efficient force of workmen, several of who are kept busy during the summer months placing slate, tin, and steel roofing, this being one of the important branches of Mr. Tieche's business. It would be well to mention the many different styles and kids of Pumps which this house carries in stock, among which are the Chain Force and Deep Well Pump, which he is prepared to place in position on short notice. As might also be mentioned the various varieties of Furnaces, hot air and steam Heaters, which he has supplied to many of the modern structures of Wayne county, including churches, school houses, business blocks and residences. When contemplating building make sanitary or other improvements, it would no doubt be well to have this gentleman's estimate, as his wide experience and business facilities enable him to meet all fair and honorable competitors.
