"Palace Has New Owners. Announcement is made today of a change in ownership of the Palace Restaurant, 119 E. Liberty St. The new owners has taken possession. They are John Nickas, former vice-president of the Paradise Co. Elyria, O, owners of Elyria's largest restaurant and one of the largest in northern Ohio, and Michael Mihalis, former chef of the Paradise restaurant at Elyria.

Both Mr. Nickas and Mr. Mihalis have had a long experience in the restaurant business. Mr. Nickas has had a long experience in restaurant management while Mr. Mihalis is well known in restaurant circles as a chef.

Mr. Nickas stated today that the policy of the Palace restaurant under the new ownership will be to serve only the highest quality foods. Mr. Mihalis is a specialist in cooking sea foods and steaks and the Palace will feature these items.

Mr. Nickas is former president of Ahepa and is a member of the Eagles and Moose and Knights of Pythias.

Both men come to Wooster highly recommended from their Elyria associations. They will make their homes here, of course.

Both were deeply impressed with the city and expressed their desires to cooperate with everything civic.

The seating capacity of the restaurant is 60.

All night service and fountain accommodations are available.

Beer in bottles and on draft will be served."
