"New Owners at the Palace. Philip Galoris, who has been connected with the Palace Restaurant for three and a half years, and Peter Chanis, who has been operating a restaurant in Cleveland, are the new owners of the Palace restaurant, East Liberty Street.
They purchased the business from Clifford and John {{Surname|Cakalis||, proprietors, who have operated the restaurant for a long time. The Cakalis brothers sold because of John's ill health. In care of his brother, he has gone to Hot Springs for special treatment, his condition being quote serious.
Mr. Galoris is familiar with the restaurant's customers and his new partner is an experienced restaurant man. They plan to make every effort to please their patrons and to provide the excellent service for which the Palace has long been noted."
