--The Shaksperean Literary Society, of Shreve, will give a public entertainment [unreadable] Hall, at Shreve on Christmas and New Years Eves, the proceeds of which are to go to establishing a public library. We trust the performance will receive the patronage so laudable an enterprise deserves. On the first evening will be presented, “Michael Erle,” a sensational drama, and conclude with “Did you ever send your Wife to Cumberwell.” Second evening, the amusing drama entitles, “A Ghost in Spite of Himself.”
