The biggest blocks of stone laid in the courthouse were the 14-ton cornices over the atlas figures.[5]
The stone atlases were carved from Berea stone by sculptors, Mr. Rachlay and Mr. Shildmacher.[6]
Courthouse clock came from Seth Thomas Clock Co. of NY at a cost of $1,900 in 1879.[7]
J.M. Ohl appointed courthouse janitor in 1917. [8].
Bryce Heating & Ventilating Co. of Toledo gets the contract to replace ventilation system in courthouse in 1918. [9].
