  6. the Rev'd Moses Scott having produced creden-
  7. tials of his being a regular ordained Minister
  8. of the Gospel in the Methodist Protestant Church
  9. and evidence that he Officiates as such in said
  10. Belmont County the said court did thereupon
  11. order that a license issue to him authorizing
  12. him to solemnize the rites of Matrimony accor-
  13. ding to the statute in such case made and
  14. provided. Noe therefore be it known
  15. that the said Moses Scott is by these
  16. presents duly licensed and fully authorized
  17. to solemnize marriages within the state of
  18. Ohio so long as he shall continue a regular
