The oldest hotel that we are able to ascertain is the American House, Wooster that operated during the 1830's. A current hotel, St. Paul Hotel, is in a historical building in downtown Wooster. It recently underwent major renovation. Other fine lodging in Wooster include Bed & Breakfasts. Gasche House is housed in an old home built Gothic style.
