- 1995 -- Douglas and Jamie Klingelhoefer purchased the home and completed its painstaking period restoration and opened the Bed and Breakfast[4]
- 2017 -- September, Since the Klingelhoefer sold the Inn, it has been operated as a Bed and Breakfast by several owners until Mary Joy & Tom Lynch purchased the Inn in September 2017. [5]
