Comprehensive History
Concord Baptist Church located in the northeast corner of Section 30 of Wooster Township (near the Valley College graveyard). The land was deeded to Church Trustees on 8 April 1826 per Wayne County Land Deeds, Volume 11, page 155. The only other source found for this church was The Beginnings of Wayne County in 1812, Richard Smith (compiler), page 34.
