[[File:349-NBeverSt01.jpg|thumbnail|The large wood frame house at 349 N. Bever St. was likely built sometime between 1861-1866 by Porter Graham, a local Cabinet Maker. Photograph by S. Zimmerman The large wood frame house located at 349 N. Bever St., the southeast corner of N. Bever St. and Nold Ave., was likely built sometime between 1861-1866 by Porter Graham and displays both Stick style and Eastlake movement elements of architecture, two styles popular in the late nineteenth century. Exterior walls are covered in clapboard sheathing and decorative scrollwork adorns the eaves of the cross gables. The front porch, with spindlework columns and ballustrade are a later addition to the house.--Information provided by Founders' Row Association.
