"Snyder Heads Vocational Teachers of Wayne County. C. W. Snyder, teacher of vocational agriculture in the Congress High School, was elected president of the Wayne County Vocational Teachers Association, replacing Ralph Kunze, president for the past year, Ralph Woodin, of the Shreve department, was elected secretary of the group.
Wayne County now has eight vocational agriculture departments, the news one being at Chester High School, with John Sheppard as the instructor. This group is planning an educational exhibit at the Wayne County Fair, and some are placing exhibits in the Ohio State Fair at Columbus. Ralph Woodin and Paul Menger, of Orrville will assist in the Ohio State Junior Fair at Columbus the last week in August."
