"High School Girls Make Study of Styles. Miss Ethel Roth instructor of Home Economics at Congress High School and class enjoyed an interesting style talk by Della France. Sales lady at Freedlander's. This event was held Thursday morning in the Dry Goods Store as part of the dress making school activities.

The following high school girls were in attendance: Miss Blanch Fair, Hazel Carpenter, Mary Gindesberger, Dale Smith, Marjean Ruff, Naomi Lason, Alice Tegtmeier, Maxine Smith, Betty Collins, Dorothy Winger, Jessie Billheimer."
