"The Annat Company has created a Chinese Fair on the main floor of their store, where handkerchiefs, linens, and other merchandise of Chinese origin is being displayed. The decorations consist of Chinese lanterns, and cut-out dragons, and give a true Oriental atmosphere. To complete the effect, the girls in the department are dressing in Chinese robes.

The purpose of the Exposition is to call attention to the beautiful art and handwork that is characteristic of Chinese needlework."
