"A very pleasing Christmas entertainment was given by the grades last Monday evening. The entertainment consisted of a drill, several plays, songs and recitations.

The Congress High School alumni band was held on the school auditorium Saturday evening, Dec. 26th.

The faculty of Congress High School consisting of Prof. S. H. Leiper, Mr. A. J. Paulus, Wayne Essick and Miss De Armon gave a very pleasing banquet to all students of Congress High School Tuesday evening. Everyone enjoyed the evening.

Those who visited the high school last week were Wayne Billheimer of Dennison, John Johnson of Ashland College, Kathryn Good of Ohio Wesleyan, Ruth Ickes and Mabel Ruff, both of Wooster College.

School will be closed until Jan. 4th."
