"A miniature "county fair" with prizes for best exhibits has been planned in connection with the farmers institute to be held in Congress High School next week, January 28 and 29.

H. M. Doyd, teacher of agriculture in Wooster High School, Miss Mary Cartwrite, of Delaware; G. A. Dustman, county farm agent; Floyd Barlow, secretary of the Ohio Guernsey Association, and Dr. Jacobs, President of Ashland College, will be the speakers.

First prizes of fifty cents and second prizes of 25 cents are offered for the best six ears of corn, the best peck of potatoes, best peck of wheat, best plate of apples, best half dozen eggs, best pie, best cake, best bread, best exhibit of canned goods, best home made candy and best fancy work. The first will be $1 for the best display of relics, best exhibit, and best poster drawing.

Walter Slutz is chairman and Ralph Swinehart secretary of the institute organization. The two-day program follows:
