Donna Baer of Dalton pulls a pizza from the oven as she gets ready to open her new pizza shop called "DDK Just Pizza," which will be located in the Das Dutch Kitchen Restaurant at 14278 E Lincolnway Dalton. Baer said the opening date has not been set yet, but hopes to open sometime in early October, when all her pizza making equipment is in place Das Dutch Kitchen is renting her space in the kitchen area and it will be carry-out only pizza. They will offer 13 specialty pizzas and 18 toppings. Customers can pick up their order inside the restaurant until 8 p.m. and after that time, by way of a pick up window. They will be open Mon - Thurs from 4-10 and Friday and Sat 4-11 closed Sundays. Some of the specialty pizzas offered will be-- Garden patch, Mexican, Aloha, BBQ chicken, Seafood, Philly, Steak, Butcher's Special and more.
