"Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Ecrement of just south of Dalton reservoir, have purchased Hotel Orrville, according to an item in Monday's "Courier-Crescent", which states the deal was completed Friday for a reported $35,000. Also, "The Ecrements took over from Mr. & Mrs. O. D. Seeley who operated the hotel the past four years.
Mr. Ecrement has been employed as a waiter at the Manhattan Restaurant for the past seven years and his wife worked part time in the restaurant's kitchen also.
Prior to moving to Orrville the Ecrements rented their Dalton farm. The couple have three children, Edna Mae, 10; Russell, 12, and Harold, 7."
