STARTED OUT EARLY TO CELEBRATE FOURTH
A man listed as "Jack the Rover" spent Tuesday night and Wednesday in the city prison. Officers Kintner and Kistler arrested him at the Nation House Tuesday night. He was drunk and refused to go to bed. He also declined to keep quiet, and persons in the neighborhood complained that he kept them from sleeping. The man had worked for the East Ohio company on a pipe line, going from here to Canton. He returned to get his money. He gave the officers some trouble before he was landed in jail.
