AMSTER HAS RIGHT TO USE 2d FLOOR DOORWAY
Judge L. R. Critchfield on Tuesday held that Nick Amster had the right to use a doorway on the second floor of the Frick Memorial block. Mr. Amster brought suit to restrain Herman and Isadore Freedlander from closing the doorway. They claimed they secured possession of the hallway through the assignment of the Masonic lease. The court ordered the hallway be kept open back far enough so that Mr. Amster can use the door.
