THE LIBRARY PICNIC
To Silver Lake Will be on July 26
The annual citizens’ outing which will be held on July 26 when a big excursion will be given to Silver Lake. Arrangements for the picnic were made away last February as was noted in The Republican at the time when the air was chilly and old Borcas was making the citizens button their coats tighter every time they turned the corner.
George J. Schwartz is evidently the promotion man for the picnic and it is unnecessary to say that as he will work hard for the event it will be a big and tremendous success as things have to go when Mr. Schwartz takes hold of them. A low fare will be announced for the trip and the day will be made one of pleasure for everybody.
