Captain A. B. Peckinpaugh Company D of the
8th Regiment of Infantry
Ohio National Guard
Who was enrolled on the 12th day of July A.D. 1894
to serve for the term of 5 years unless sooner discharged is hereby discharged
from service in said organization and from the National Guard of the State of Ohio.
by reason of to accept promotion as
Second Lieutenant.
