Yocum & Taggart, whose offices are located at the southwest corner of the Public Square.  The individual members of this firm are Charles M. Yocum, whos was admitted to the bar in 1869, and Frank Taggart, admitted in 1876.  Eminent in all matters of jurisprudence, as counselors and attorneysm, this firm enjoys a liberal practice.
