Meeting of Wooster Council.  RJ [[Cunningham (surname) | Cunningham]]- pres., Robert J [[Cunningham (surname) | Cunningham]]- VP, DW [[Immel (surname) | Immel]] elected president Monday evening, April 20th.  On motion of Mr. [[McDonald (surname) | McDonald]], the committee on Water Works was instructed to meet with Mr. [[Reddick (surname) | Reddick]] at his earliest convenience in reference to purchasing or leasing his [[Reddick’s Springs]] north of the city.  Mr. [[Kauke (surname) | Kauke]] said they were 141 feet above the level of the public square and project was feasible.
