- of Medina within and for the County of Medina
- on Monday the seventh day of November 1831 by &
- before the Hon Reuben Wood president of the third
- Judicial Circuit of the Courts of Common Pleas in
- said state and the Hon Frederick Brown
- and Reuben Smith associate Judges of the said
- county holding said court. Then and there came
- the Rev. Varnum Noyes and made application
- for a license to solemnize marriages in said
- State. And the said Noyes having produced
- credentials of his being a regular ordained
- Minister of the Gospel he is hereby licensed
- to solemnize marriages in said State in
- conformity with the statute in such case made
