This template just adds a page to Category:Template mishaps. Merlin parsed the page text and thinks that there are some broken calls to templates. This probably resulted from multiple passes of find/replace magicks.
Look for misapplied templates, odd chunks of code, etc.
Example:
{{Surname|and then we went to the pond with John Doe (surname)]]
Once you're satisfied that the page includes no template mishaps you can remove {{Template mishap}} from the page.
