At close of first day of classes Quincy Leckrone was issued an injunction barring him from further activities with this new school as he was under contract to teach at the {{Surname|Eberly}} School. Eberly lost the case and Mr. Leckrone resumed charge of the school.
Due to unknown circumstances the school came to a half not finishing the half year.
Disgraceful exhibits of hostility took place in the hanging in effigy of the new school supporters.
