- Index to Probate Court records of Wayne County, OH 1812-1900 and the Wills of Holmes County, Ohio Recorded in Will Records A and 1. None of the individuals you requested wills on were included. I did find a David Drake listed in the Wayne County, Ohio index but he died 1822 – too early for the David Drake you requested. There is a possibility that some of the individuals who died in Holmes County, Ohio left a paper trail in Holmes County, Ohio. However, you would need to contact Holmes County, Ohio to see if any estate papers are found on the individuals of interest.

- John Shearer and Sally Mental were married 26 August 1824 in Wayne County, Ohio (volume 2 page 65). I was unable to find a marriage between John Shearer and Sarah Sills. I am wondering if it could be Sally Mental (Sally is a nickname for Sarah).
- David Drake married Rachel Sells / Sills on 18 Jun 1815 in Wayne County, Ohio (volume 1 page 6).
- Edward Shearer married Elizabeth Buzzard on 25 March 1830 in Holmes County, Ohio (volume 1 page 79).
