With characteristic energy Mr. {{Surname|Funck}} at once opened his office here, and is located one door west of the [[Wayne County Courthouse|Court House]], where he will promptly attend to all legal matters submitted to his care.  As an indication of his recognized legal ability the City of [[Wooster, Ohio|Wooster]] elected him to the office of City Solicitor, April, 1877.
