Liberty St.]] It began as a Restaurant and Confectionery operated by Christ [[Siriopoulos (surname)|Siriopoulos]] around 1923 <ref> 1923 Wooster City Directory p. 106 </ref>. 1925 found Christ and Michael Siriopoulos co-running the business with Jno Siriopoulos employed as a clerk <ref> 1925 Wooster City Directory p. 174 </ref>.

The Evergreens was replaced by a restaurant operated by Julius A Stark by 1935 <ref> 1934-1935 Wooster City Directory p. 175 </ref>.
