The house located at 845 Quinby Ave. was likely built between 1918-1919 by property owner Charles F. Gay who sold it to J.H.B. Danford, proprietor of the Danford Co., a furniture dealer and undertaker in downtown Wooster, Ohio in 1920. Photograph by S. Zimmerman
