Road Is Open; Here's Warning -- Autoists are now using the Lincoln highway east of Wooster without detouring. The brick road west from the Richwine hill has not been completed but the dirt road is good. East from the Richwine hill the road was opened Wednesday, but the grading has not been completed. Autoists going east are cautioned to use the dirt for a distance of half a mile, as there is danger of breaking a wheel in turning off the brick, the drop being ten inches.
