State of Ohio, Wayne County, The Court of Common Pleas of said County To the Sheriff of said County
Greeting, Where as on application William Cunningham who stands indicted for the crime of murder: for a change of the venue for the trial of said indictment and where as the said Court at their October term of said Court having been satisfied by affidants presented that a fair and impartial trial cannot be had in said County and where as the said Court has ordered and directed that the said case shall be removed to the County of Medina for trial.
You are therefore commanded forthwith safely to remove the body of the said William Cunningham to the said County of Medina and deliver him safely to the Sheriff of said County of Medina at the jail thereof, there to be safely kept by the said Jailor of said County of Medina untill the said William Cunningham shall be discharged by due course of law.
