For many years associated with the legal affairs of this section of the state, and holding a conspicuous position in the bar of this county, we notice the law firm of Messrs. Yocum & Taggart, whose offices are located at the southwest corner of the Public Square. The individual members of this firm are Charles M. Yocum, who was admitted to the bar in 1869, and Frank Taggart, admitted in 1876. Eminent in all matters of jurisprudence, as counselors and attorneys, this firm enjoys a liberal practice.
