  2. To all whom this presents shall
  3. come greeting
  4. Know ye that at a court of Common
  5. Pleas began and held at Lancaster in the
  6. County aforesaid on the 16th day of March
  7. AD 1836. It being made to appear to the
  8. satisfaction of the court that Absalom
  9. B. Shaeffer was a regularly ordained
  10. Minister of the Gospel in the Evangelical
  11. Association. It was therefore ordered
  12. that License to Solemnize Marriages
  13. within the State of Ohio, be granted to
  14. the said Absalom B Shaeffer so long
  15. as he shall continue in regular standing
  16. as a Minister in said Church.
  17. These are therefore to license
  18. and permit the said Absalom B. Shaeffer
  19. to Solemnize Marriages by virtue of
  20. the pursuances aforesaid.
