  2. Vanwert County SS } shall come
  3. { Seal } Whereas at the October Term of
  4. the Court of Common Pleas of said County of Van
  5. Wert the Reverend James McNabb produced
  6. to the Court credentials of his being a regular
  7. ordained minister of the Methodist Episcopal
  8. church. "It was ordered by the Court" "that a
  9. License issue to the said James McNabb
  10. authorizing him to Solemnize Marriages within
  11. the State of Ohio so long as he continues
  12. such regular ordained Minister" and he
  13. is hereby authorized to act accordingly
  14. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set
  15. my hand and affixed my official seal
  16. as Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas pf
  17. said County of Vanwert the 9th day of
  18. October A.D. 1843

  22. Portage County SS } Common Pleas for said
  23. { Seal } County begun and held
  24. at the Court House in the Town of Ravenna
  25. on the twenty eighth day of February AD 1843
  26. the Rev David P Maryott of Franklin in said
  27. County presented to the Court satisfactory
  28. credentials of his being a regular ordained
  29. Minister of the gospel in the Baptist Church
  30. and moved the Court to grant him a License
  31. to solemnize Marriages. Whereupon it was
  32. ordered by the Court that such license
  33. be issued to the said applicant
  34. Now therefore know all men by these presents
  35. that the said David P. Maryott is hereby
  36. licensed in pursuance of the order aforesaid
  37. to Solemnize Marriages throughout the State
  38. of Ohio so long as he shall remain such
  39. Minister
  40. In testimony whereof I have herunto
  41. subscribe my name and affix the seal
  42. of said Court at Ravenna this second
  43. day of March Anno Domini one thousand

  2. Cuyahoga County SS } Rev Washington O'Conner of said
  3. { Seal } County, a regular Minister of the
  4. Gospel of the denomination usually called "The
  5. Disciple Church to Solemnize Marriages within
  6. said State of Ohio so long as he shall remain such
  7. regular Minister in pursuance of the order of
  8. the Court of Common Pleas of said County made
  9. at the November Term thereof AD 1838
  10. Attest my hand and the seal of said Court
  11. at Cleveland this third day of December AD 1838

  19. "On motion and it appearing to the satisfa
  20. ction of the Court that George W Shaffer is a regular
  21. ly ordained Minister of the gospel of the denomination
  22. usually called the " - Evangelical Lutheran Synod
  23. of Ohio" it is ordered that a License be granted
  24. him to solemnize marriages within this state so long
  25. as he shall continue such regular minister
  26. Minister of the Gospel" License is therefore hereby
  27. granted accordingly"

  40. of the Gospel of the Catholic Church is Licens
  41. ed and authorized to solemnize Marriages
  42. within the State of Ohio so long as he
  43. shall continue such regular Minister of
  44. the Gospel agreeably to the Statute of Ohio
  45. in such Case made and provided.

  14. that Rufus Freeman jr is a regular ordained
  15. minister of the Gospel of the denominations
  16. usually called Baptists. It is ordered that a
  17. License be granted to the said Rufus Freeman jr
  18. authorizing him to solemnize marriages
  19. within said state so long as he shall continue
  20. such regular minister
  21. Now therefore Know ye that by virtue of
  22. the proceedings aforesaid and of the Statute
  23. in such case made and provided the
  24. said Rufus Freeman Jr is Licensed to sol
  25. emnize marriages as aforesaid
  26. In testimony whereof I have hereunto
  27. set my hand and affixed the seal of said
  28. Court at Medina this 20th day of March AD

  15. License issue authorizing him to solemnize
  16. marriages within the State of Ohio so long as he

  8. tion usually called "United Brethren in Christ"
  9. It is ordered by the Court that a license issue
  10. to him authorizing him to solemnize marriages within
  11. this state as long as he shall continue such regular

  30. the present time officiating as such

  32. that the said John Blampied receive the
  33. License of this Court to solemnize Marri
  34. ages within this state so long as he shall
  35. continue such regular minister and he
  36. is hereby Licensed accordingly

  4. ued and held within and for the County
  5. aforesaid on the 6th day of April A.D. 1841
  6. On motion and it appearing to the satisfac
  7. tion of the Court that Liberty Prentice is a
  8. regular ordained minister of the Gospel of
  9. the Methodist Episcopal Church. It was
  10. ordered that he be licensed to solemnize
  11. marriages so long as he shall continue such
  12. regular ordained minister in said church
  13. Therefore in pursuance to said
  14. order and in conformity with the statute
  15. in such case made and provided license
  16. is hereby granted to the said Liberty
  17. Prentice to solemnize marriages so long
  18. as he shall continue such regular or=
  19. dained minister as aforesaid.
  20. In testimony whereof I have
  21. hereunto set my hand and affixed
  22. the seal of said Court at Perrysburgh
  23. this Fifteenth day of April A.D. 1841.

  33. minister of the Evangelical Association in
  34. North America and of your having charge
  35. of a congregation in said County upon the
  36. hearing of which the said court ordered
  37. that a License be issued to you to authorize
  38. you to solemnize marriages etc.
  39. Therefore be it known that you the said
  40. Reverend John Hall are hereby authorized empow
  41. ered and Licensed to solemnize marriages
  42. within the state of Ohio according to Law
  43. as long as you shall remain a regular
  44. minister in the said religious society

  21. zed and ordained Priest
  22. License is therefore hereby granted to
  23. the Rev John J Doherty to solemnize marria
  24. ges within the State of Ohio according
  25. to the provisions of the statute in such
  26. cases made and provided
