  28. this state solong as he shall
  29. continue such Regular minister

  5. Court of Common Pleas, begun and held at Mansfield

  11. True Petty came into Court and made
  12. application for a license to solemnize marriages,
  13. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court
  14. that the said True Petty is a regular ordained
  15. Minister of the Gospel of the Methodist Church
  16. It is therefore Ordered by the Court that the said
  17. True Petty be licensed to solemnize marriages in the
  18. County of Richland, agreeably to the laws of this State

  12. Be it remembered that on the 29th day of
  13. October A.D. 1821. William Pardy produced in Court
  14. here his credentials showing that he is a regular ordained
  15. Minister of the Baptist Church, and the Court being
  16. satisfied thereof do order that he receive a license
  17. authorising him to solemnize marriages according to law,
  18. Therefore these are to authorise and empower the
  19. Rev'd William Pardy aforesaid to solemnize marriages
  20. so long as he shall continue a regular Minister of the
  21. Gospel in the Baptist Church between any persons
  22. legally applying to him for that purpose within this
  23. State Given under my hand and the seal of said Court
  24. at Coshocton County the 29th day of October A.D. 1821.

  17. Harrison County } Be it remembered that at a Court of Common
  18. pleas as begun and held at Cadiz in said County on the fifth day
  19. of July A.D. 1819 and adjourned from day to day until the 10th
  20. of the same month before the Honorable Benjamin Tappan President
  21. and James Roberts, Samuel Boyd and Alexander Henderson
  22. Esquires Associate Judges of said Court - July 7th AD 1819.
  23. The Rev'd John Crom, preacher of the gospel among the united
  24. brethren in Christ this day made application to the Court for
  25. a licence to solemnize marriages in the State of Ohio -
  26. Whereupon the Court being satisfied of the ordination of the
  27. said John Crom by a certificate by him produced and shown to
  28. the Court from the yearly Conference of said United Brethren in
  29. Tuscarawas County and State of Ohio on the first day of June A.D.
  30. 1819. And further being satisfied from testimony given that the said
  31. John Crom is a resident of Harrison County Ohio and that the said
  32. John Crom has the charge of a Society in said County, do thereupon
  33. grant to the said John Crom a licence to Solemnize Marriages accor=
  34. dingly so long as he the said John Crom shall remain a regular
  35. Minister of said Society -

  7. Hosler having produced in Court evidence
  8. of his being a regular Minister of the Evangelical Church
  9. And it is ordered by the Court that licence be granted and
  10. issue to him the said Henry Hosler, empowering him to
  11. Solemnize Marriage between any persons legally applying
  12. for the same. Therefore be it known that we Jacob Young
  13. Joseph Brown & Stephen Chapman associate Judges of the
  14. Court aforesaid do hereby by the power vested in us by
  15. law, empower and authorize you the said Henry Hosler

  27. Licking County } Court of Common pleas October 7th 1817. -
  28. Upon the application of Abner Goff and
  29. he having produced satisfactory evidence to the Court of his
  30. being duly authorised by the Reverend Robert R. Roberts Bishop
  31. of the Methodist Episcopal Church in America, as a Deacon of said
  32. Church to administer the ordinance of Baptism, Marriage etc.
  33. Therefore ordered that the said Abner Goff be and he hereby is licenced
  34. to solemnize Marriages agreeable to the act of assembly in such case

  4. Come Greeting: Be it known that by
  5. the Court of Common pleas of the County of Preble
  6. aforesaid licence and permission is hereby given unto
  7. the Reverend James Murray a resident of the
  8. said County of Preble aforesaid, and a regular
  9. Ordained Minister of the gospel of the Methodist Episcopal
  10. Church to Solemnize Marriages in the State of Ohio
  11. so long as he continues to be a regular Minister in
  12. said Church, according to the form of the Statute
  13. in such case made and provided -

  13. to him, for and during the period he shall continue
