In violation of a contract between Andrew Barnhart and Wooster Brush Works, in which the services of Barnhart was engaged for one year, to be paid monthly, suit was brought before Mayor Swartz, against Wooster Brush Works for wages for the month due, a part of the unexpired term of one year. The case had a hearing before a jury, and resulted in judgment for plaintiff for one month's pay.
