"This Agency consists of E. S. Landes, and C. L. Landes and was established in 1905. They buy and sell farms and city property, paying particular attention to the sale of allotments. They are Brokers, Builders and Specialty Trade Contractors, building the home to suit the purchasers.
Within the last six years this agency has purchased and sold several allotments, have built many new modern houses, have modernized and beautified scores of homes and have sold hundreds of city properties and Wayne County farms.
This agency deals exclusively in Real Estate and have become the best known agency in Wayne County, due to their straight forward business methods."
