- I was unable to find a declaration of intention or a naturalization record for either Samuel Kummer or Abram Voiblet. I checked Wayne County, Ohio Abstracts of Naturalization Records 1812-1903 and Index to the Naturalization Records of Stark County, Ohio (1809-1852). I am not sure if Abram Voiblet ever became a naturalized citizen. According the 1900 US Census, Samuel Kummer was a naturalized citizen.
