After completing his literary education and graduating from Princeton College, of Princeton, N. J., Dr. Mateer engaged in the study of his chosen profession at the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated in 1883. Dr. Mateer first engaged in practice at the University Hospital, Philadelphia, coming to this city in 1884, where he enjoys a liberal practice. His present office is located at No. 41 North Market St., in partnership with Dr. J. D. Robinson, noticed elsewhere. [1]
