Dr. Liggett is a native of this state and has been a resident of this city for 24 years. He graduated from the Ohio Medical College at Cincinnati, O. in 1857. During the war of the rebellion he was appointed assistant surgeon in the 15th Regt. O.V.I., in which position he served for about ten months. His present office is located on East Liberty St., in this city, where he has for many years devoted himself to the duties of his profession. [1]
