- The Getting Ahead Program is designed to help people in financial hardship build a path to a better future. Through financial literacy coursework, job soft skills training, and the "Bridges Out of Poverty" model, participants leave with knowledge skills, and resources to become capable of reaching their goals and how to solve the problems that try to deter them from reach those goals.
