In August 2010, Rick and Cheryl Davis opened Today's Kitchen Store on Public Square in Wooster, offering a wide variety of cookware, bakeware, and other kitchen equipment for sale. The business drew on Rick's love for cooking and Cheryl's business expertise and hosted several hundred cooking classes taught by local chefs and cooking enthusiasts (including classes by Food Network stars Gale Gand and Sara Moulton).
Due to the "changing retail environment," the store closed its doors at the end of July 2017 and shuttered the online store in October of that year[1].
