Wooster Brush Company's Quarter Center Club Gets Four New Members. Four more members join the Wooster Brush Co. "Quarter-Century Club" Minerva S. Franks, Walter D. Schuch, Roy B. Campbell, and Roy E. McIlvaine have completed 25 years of service with the Wooster Brush Co. All were presented with solid gold, engraved watches by D. F. Foss, general manager, in commemoration of their loyal and faithful services. This brings the total membership of the Wooster Brush Co. "Quarter-Century Club" to 22.
